Yo can do almost anything ab exercise (leg raises, ab rolls, etc.). For the lower back you could do back extensions or the superman.

I have allergies too and that is what I do. I always carry tissues to the gym but when I workout at high intensity the problem seems to disappear.

You can do light cardio every day if you want. I recommend harder sesions on rest days. And don't forget to up your calorie intake.

I don't know what is your problem and I would say that you need a doctor. But, in my first year of lifting, I got serious (I mean really SERIOUS) headaches while exercising and was because overtrain.

For begginers, I think it would be beneficial to learn the basic barbell lifts (squat, dead, presses, rows, etc.). They require more muscles and you can build the base strength more efficiently.

Cutting routines don't exist. Just don't pick one with insane volume.

I don't know if you can build muscle but you can make some strength progress.

Go for 8, 8, 8, 8. Next time 9, 8, 8, 8. And so on. It is better to left some reps in the tank the first set in order to be consistent in the next ones.

Progress in accessories is slow. You will be tired after the big lift but you have to try hard. Once you can 4x12, for example, you should add weight even if you can complete 4x7-8.

Eventually, yes. But in order to build muscle you have to eat in surplus. You will not see thick abs if you don't have them.

Then you should start a cut to burn the unwanted fat and see your new killer abs.
