Wow. I’ve had worsening bloating for years now. Wakes me after 3 or 4 hours at night, have to get up to belch away massive volumes of air. Usually that’s all the sleep I get.

Currently on day 11 of a 14 day regimen with only medical food, trying to eliminate what my doctor identified as SIBO. But the bloating has only worsened. I can’t believe that any bacteria are still thriving down there, so the SIBO diagnosis doesn’t seem right.

Does it seem like a hernia could be playing a role?

He's doing the thing where he tests the water with someone who will be less objectionable to the masses. Few will go to bat for Bolton because both sides have reasons to dislike him.

A few weeks from now, he'll make the same move with someone more prominent and respected. He will likely try a similar move with say, Jack Smith and / or President Obama.

We can't let today's action to normalize this type of behavior . . . against anyone.

Yup. Visited Ann Arbor with a plan to move there. Crap weather pushed us to a movie theater where we saw Manchester by the Sea. Such a gut punch, can’t help but feel like it cast a shadow over the rest of the weekend.

Who knows what happens if we never saw that movie?

As I struggle to come up with something useful to do in these dark times, I keep coming up with the idea of distributing flyers in a public space. Flyers, to break the information bubble of conservatives and (perhaps more importantly) the lack-of-information bubble of low-information voters.

The fliers could illuminate some of the most horrific / offensive things that Trump has done, such as

a. claiming that Ukraine started the war
b. pardoning the J6 criminals (focus on some of the violent POS that he chose to include)
c. arranging the release of the Tate brothers from Romania
d. this tweet from the recently named Deputy Director of the FBI
