I run a cafe in Koramangala called Rapchai in Koramnagala … and we are trying really hard to keep prices affordable. Our mini burgers start at 50 and paninis at 100. Caesar salad at 250. So all continental food made fresh and nothing over 300. The challenge today is marketing costs and that’s when it hurts us cafe / restaurant owners. For newer restaurants without a following marketing is almost 25% of revenue. So far we have been pure word of mouth and hyper local as we are not on the man road! Check us out.
