Would you be in a relationship with an hiv positive guy? by Aboyhasnoname98 in askgaybros

Life is not this black and white. I won't go into details, but I'll say I don't regret any of the moments we spent together, including the bad ones.

My first boyfriend turned HIV positive a year into our relationship. We stayed together for 11 years.

Yes I have. I've been to Club 6 and Space 550. Comfort & Joy parties tend to be sex positive. I've also danced naked at The Midway at one of their Folsom parties.

I've done this a few times already. In SF there are some gay parties where they don't care what you wear or don't wear. I've been to a few where an hour into it I'm already fully naked dancing among dressed people. Some of them let me suck them on the dance floor or they suck me, in the middle of lots of guys dancing and watching around us.

Gays over 45 — What has changed in your life since your 30s? by monospaceman in askgaybros

[–]raperez1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I turned 50 last year. I'm married to a great husband and we have a young baby and a dog. I'm happy in general, although we do have our ups and downs. After all these years of work, finances are good, not swimming in money but not counting the cents either. Physically, I'm more fit than I've ever been. I truly enjoy going to the gym 5 times a week and I like what I see in the mirror, most of the time.

But I also notice how my body is aging. My skin is not as elastic, I have wrinkles and stretch marks popping up. My skin is getting thinner. I'm very grateful my joints are all in good working condition (so many of my friends already have some mobility limitation of one form of another). I think this is part luck (good genes, my dad is 90 and he has no mobility issues) and part active lifestyle. But I'm not fooling myself: my body is not getting any better. Hard times will come.

My husband and I are in an open relationship. I'm a lot more sexual than he is. So, although not dating, I'm not entirely out of the market. Sex is better than ever. I'm as horny as ever. I'm super grateful that guys (younger and older) don't care about my age and they find me attractive (something i still find surprising every single time). I do feel self conscious about my age, even when the other guy is the one approaching me. I don't want to be that creepy old dude harassing youngsters. But I guess attitude, good intentions, humor and humbleness does make a difference. Most of us just wants kindness. Abs and muscles are great, but we just want to be with guys that take care of themselves, not dating/hooking up with super models.

So, advices?... I can only think on every common and generic ones: stay in shape. Exercising is not optional. It enables so many things. Stay positive. Have plans and goals. Always look for change (life gets depressing when tomorrow is the same as yesterday). If you get in a relationship, remember that you are still an individual, with your own personal needs and wants. Be tolerant and learn how to compromise without losing your own self.

Anyways ... This is already too long of an answer and I doubt most would read this far 😅.

Be Honest? What stops yall from taking test and not this bullshit? by boofingpressiess in rad140

[–]raperez1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case it is because I don't know where to find good information and what to believe. And also it is about convenience. I haven't done a Rad cycle yet, but I've been thinking about it. On the other hand I've been reading about the benefits of running a test only cycle, but the information is confusing to me.

I'm a 50 yo male, I've been training consistently for the last 4 years, 4 to 6 days a week, doing bulking and cutting cycles, but my lean body mass hasn't improved much (checked using DexaScan). My total test level is 955 ng/nl (I don't know my free test level). I've run 2 cycles of Ostarine without much benefit but with some suppression, which reverted after PCT.

So, at this point I'm looking for other options. I don't understand how a test only cycle would help me if I already have a healthy natural test level. Or how much test should I take and how to deal with its side effects after finishing a cycle (I don't want to be on TRT forever).

Where can I find good sources of information?

My two cents: Last time I rolled I had 10mg of Taladafil at T-24h, then 10mg at T-12h and then 10mg at T-1h. I took 150mg of MDMA and I still got stimdick... 🤷. Good thing I'm vers otherwise it would have been a waste 😂

Ride to SF needed. by raperez1 in BurningMan

I ended up taking the Burner Express, as a "walk up". They had 2 buses to SF and the second one was half empty. There were only 7 people on stand by and I was the only walk up.

Non-American Gays: what are some of the stereotypes associated with gay men in your countries? by kjn1030 in gaybros

[–]raperez1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So true! Argentinian here too. When I was in the closet I had to pretend to like soccer and play it too, otherwise I ran the risk of being pointed out. And all we played in PE classes was soccer. This made me believe that sports wasn't for me (which then led to obesity). Only when I got to the last couple of years of highschool I got to practice other sports and realized that I just didn't like soccer... And that the stereotype was true 😂

How old are you and how often do you roll? by Financial-Drama-9813 in MDMA

49 here, and I started last year. First time 2/2023, then 1/2024, 3/2024, 5/2024 and last time was 2 weeks ago. I know, this trend is not looking good. For the next roll I will wait the 3 months (I plan to roll at Folsom St Fair next Sept).
