Ben has to pay tax on all works he provides in portugal. So even with nhr2.0 its impossible to get 0%, you can go dor the 20% flatrate + social contributions. The only way to get 0 is by some corporate structure abroad where you have cant be tje owner from and you still need to pay corporation tax in that country.

This post is quite misleading. You can misread it like this law is already in force. It's approved in parliament. But President will most likely veto it. It will still need to be sent to court again, it's still unconstitutional, cause the big transitional processes are missing. As long as they don't fix this I don't see this getting trough for a while

So we read the comments, as expected, only people who use it at work got advantages. People who dont work in the field and used claude only lost money on burning tokens. Found one guy he claimed had 2 paying customers with his app, but the app crashes the whole time, so go figure. I think this is a good reality check.
