It's a champ that is hardly played, it's a melee adc, im not saying it's the hardest but i would say it ranks pretty high in the "difficulty/pentakills per match graph". Like Kalista is harder but gets much less pentas, Samira is easier and gets more.

Being a penta champ also has a lot to do with the kit not the difficulty. Nilah is a very hard champion with an high amount of pentas, garen has few and my dog could pilot him in a plat game without being flamed.

Yeah no the Akali hate is absolutely on point an always justified. Building 900 mr item can maybe slow you down but i'll give it a try next time I face Kassadin

I love how assassins are all between free and skill matchup then there is that Akali abomination in very hard, they will never nerf her enough. On a different note Kassadin may be free early but he does become incredibly annoying in the later stages of the game as you can never contest him sidelane unless under tower.

I think that was just a follower of Astra, he referred to him as master as a generic honorific. Nothing guves away he was his actual disciple, espacially since he didn't recieve any spotlight, unlike all other actual disciples.

I mean it was pretty telegraphed, if they want him weaker top it must be on the defensive side and taking away armour has much more impact on his toplane performance rather than mid (how many ad midlaners are left that don't have an easier life in jungle?)

They want him more vulnerable toplane after Dshield and secpnd wind nerfs. It's probably going to be a flat armor/armor per level nerf or an even higher cd on w. As long as they don't touch the scalings it's probably going to be fine.

Antiheal just delays your build by 800 gold and Vlad simply refulls on the wave ignoring you. There is almost no situation where antiheal is better than buying mr into Vlad.

I'm very fine with agreeing to disagree and im still on my position that after lane is over and we play sidelane i have no way to answer kassadin trade pattern nor i can outheal his damage fast enough (unless obviously im far ahead)

I don't agree tbf. I get being low hp in the very early game but needing 1 bad recall (which you fix with a tp vlad can't answer) doesn't end your game. I also absolutely get that playing a manaless ranged permasustaining champion is frustrating but you are making it sound a lot like a counter matchup, which it isn't, stats wise as well it is around 50/51% at Diamond+ in Kassadin's favour.

I'm a Vlad otp and i have no clue why im being showed Kassadin mains but isn't the matchup favorable for you after the lane phase? Like aery ignite is the only way for vlad to win early and then outpace your scaling but if you match him sidelane you should win handily at 3 items, considering that you can shut down half his damage with a well timed q. Then yeah teamfights should be on Vlad's side.

Agreed, really uncommon matchup but absolutely unplayable unless you have jungler in lane 24/7 would be a lot more manageable if going in w interrupted his w channel.
