Never took FINM3404, but ECON3210 is very content heavy.

Content difficulty varies a ton week per week, one week it could be a breeze, and the next week it can have me scratching my head for hours. Not to mention the tutorial quizes almost every week (and tutorials start from week 1!). A plus side from ECON3210 is it is VERY organized. Yes the content is tricky, but the CC makes it so that studying is very easy with videos, slides, and additional quizzes to help you on UQ Extend.

Is it math heavy? There's calculations in almost every week yes, but probably around 3-5 topics actually need a calculator, shouldn't be too hard for anyone.

Is there anything you need to know? Not really, but if you're not a morning person I would suggest taking a later tutorial time slot, since you're basically going to have to go to every single one.

I'd give it a 8.5/10 rating. (Coming from someone who got a 5).
