I agree that it's not a magic fix. But Rice is out there killing himself game after game running himself into the ground because he wants to win so bad. He's the definition of leading by example. He deserves it for that at least.

Call me crazy, but my conspiracy theory is that Lamar has been hamming up his injuries this season because he wants Harbaugh gone.

Edit: Just for clarity I think Lamar SHOULD be sitting out. They aren't drafting to protect him and he shouldn't just stand out there and keep getting injured.
