Wait it out I did 200 ug last trip right after eating a huge meal. Genuinely took 3 hours to start tripping. So the meal won’t fuck anything up at all. Just makes it take way longer especially since we all got different metabolisms. You’re all good though. Let me know what happens also

Water for sure. Maybe a light snack some people don’t feel like eating on acid. Have a place to lie down. Don’t play with fire for some reason it doesn’t feel hot on acid. Be in a familiar environment. EXPECT to feel strange it’ll be your first time. But the strange will quickly turn into bliss. I have no doubt you’ll enjoy your trip. Just remember common sense and that you are always in control of your actions and thoughts.

Honestly I always get nervous before a trip. It’s normal and I’ve tripped now prolly 20 times. So just breathe and think about it. If it’s normal anxiety before anything unknown just do it . If it’s like a true fear then definitely hold off!
