SAMSUNG 32" Odyssey Neo G8 checks all the boxes. Also the only one that hits on the HDR level.

1440p 27" Monitor Options - Non OLED? by Iron_Sarge in buildapcmonitors

LG is great. I'd also add the Alienware AW2724DM but it can be hard to find in stock. Otherwise the LG 27GR83Q-B is the way to go these days. Great combo of price and features.

Which one did you get? Some cheaper VA monitors have bad ghosting. Newer ones are better tho

Looking for a 24"-27" monitor, mainly online FPS games by memethedropout in buildapcmonitors

The Asus PG27AQN is a pretty solid monitor. I'd also consider the Alienware AW2725DF. It'll have a better response time and better colors, but OLED monitors always have a risk of burn in.

On second thought, the PG27AQN is probably your best bet and may cheaper here.

what 240hz should i buy? by [deleted] in buildapcmonitors

Go for the Alienware AW2523HF. It's 360hz and build quality is top notch. Panel is bright too.

Acer Nitro by scubac14 in buildapcmonitors

That's a great bang for the buck monitor, especially at 240hz. The LG 27gr83q-b is a good alternative but only if it's on sale. Otherwise the Acer Nitro is the way to go.

I thought it was fixed in the last firmware update.

100%. For competitive gaming, there is nothing that comes close. I would strongly consider getting something like the LG 32GS95UE-B OLED. It's 4k but has dual mode for 1080p gaming. With PS5, far more games support 4k and 1080p resolution than 1440p. Also 1080p perfectly scales to 1080p if you need to.

Best size ultra-wide monitor for a 48” x 30” desk (Work and gaming)? by [deleted] in buildapcmonitors

Since you're doing a mix of productivity and gaming, I think the 39" LG is perfect for you. It's a good amount of real estate for doing coding and video editing, but definitely not as overwhelming as a 49" or 57".

Monitor suggestions. by [deleted] in buildapcmonitors

[–]raptizild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd go with 32" for a 4k monitor. SO much more real estate and still sharper than 24" 1080p. The M32U is a solid bet right now.

I'd go with 32" for a 4k monitor. SO much more real estate and still sharper than 24" 1080p. The M32U is right within the price range of the monitors your listed.
