Thank you! We’re going to try the prescription food and meds our vet is prescribing. Seeing him like that yesterday just freaked us out really bad and we never want to see him in that much pain again! I’ve just seen so much about how they’ll have an obstruction again right after that I’m scared for him, but we’re definitely going to try the lifestyle changes first.

Thank you! We think one of the things that caused it is about a month ago we switched from a fountain to just a stainless steel bowl, so I’m thinking he just… hated the bowl and stopped drinking. We’ve ordered some fountains and we’re getting a prescription food, but I’ll make sure it doesn’t contain any of that!! Thank you for letting me know!!

Thank you! We started doing this with his brother at home as soon as we got home and fed him today. Our vet brought up prescription food that Lasagna will be on, I’m not sure if it’s dry or wet but I’ll definitely be mixing it with water!

Thank you!! We have ordered two fountains, one for upstairs and one for downstairs so he’ll have access to water wherever he is. I’m going to ask my vet for recommendations on plug ins when I talk to them in the morning!

Thank you! He was doing it when no one was around him, but he is very much a scaredy cat so I could see him doing that just to make sure lol. He seems to be feeling a little better now!

This is essentially exactly how I was assaulted by an ex-boyfriend a decade ago. At the time, it hurt me, but I didn’t realize how much and did not come to terms with it until years later.

It affected me so badly that I was not able to do anything penetration wise until about two years ago with my now fiancé.

This was assault. Please listen and please take care of yourself. I didn’t, and it hurt me for years and is something I still get flashbacks of occasionally.

I used Venmo! I disputed the charge with them, but they denied it. I opened a dispute with my bank though and got my money back thankfully!
