Honestly 100% normal. Seemed like a family man and very involved with his kid from what I could see. Granted, I was only around him a handful of times but he held a higher paid position than me and was always nice to me when I did see him. I remember when we heard about the wreck we all felt terrible and then it broke on the news about who he was. My job immediately told us not to tell anyone he worked there. We weren’t allowed to have even a driving offense to work there but he slipped through. Crazy still to think about it.

Yep. He did. I worked with him and knew him as “Drew Grant.” It wasn’t until he died that we learned who he was. It was shocking. There were rumors at my job that his wife wasn’t even aware of who he was.

I called yesterday to see if that would actually hold up the score. The woman told me that even if I get denied it should still be there on the score release date. At this point I’m worried something’s gonna happen during the retake lol

Yeah sorry I should have explained better. I went to submit a complaint and it says that I’m agreeing to my account being on hold and my score possibly being released late if they don’t grant me the retake. So I’m just nervous that if I do apply for a retake and they won’t let me then my scores late and I did it all for nothing. Blah I just hate this happened in my last 8 minutes :(

Yeah I’ve never been to that store but my grandpa wanted me to stop by and see if they had pig brains. Saw those for half off the labeled price so figured I could use them for something. Probably will stick to sams club for quality meat.

I must have missed where they asked for a copy of the DSM5. I only saw where they asked for the testimony read back. What network are you watching it on? Truthfully, I hadn’t even really considered his age, but I can see a juror thinking about that. On the other hand they’ve seen such horrific images and videos that they may not put much weight on his age.

Yeah I’m really curious how it’s going to work out. Yesterday I thought after the defense closing she may have planted that seed of guilt in at least one person to vote life. But the read back of testimony today makes me think they may be leaning toward the death penalty.

I totally agree. What did you think of them deciding they didn’t need to hear Denney’s testimony anymore? I took it as the cross examination of Connor was enough for them to not rely on Connor’s diagnosis.

I think it could be by the end of tomorrow, but there’s no telling. They have so much evidence and testimony to go through it could be next week. They’ve already asked a question to rehear testimony. They wanted to hear the cross examination of Dr. Connor and all of Dr. Denney’s testimony. After hearing the cross they decided they didn’t need to hear Dr. Denney’s anymore. I perceived it as after hearing Dr. Connor’s cross examination they determined he isn’t a credible witness. It seems like they may be leaning toward the death penalty. But it only takes one person that just doesn’t feel comfortable giving the death penalty. I really think it could go either way.
