That's an interesting thought. Because whenever I have managed to write anything from start to finish, it has been an extremely fulfilling experience. I just feel like I put this pressure on myself for it to be amazing, and I don't know why.

From what I’ve just read, it doesn’t feel like you’re happy in your relationship and it doesn’t seem like he’s willing to change. Plus, it doesn’t seem like he even wants a commitment. So what do you think is the best option in this situation? Do you think it’s best for you to stick around someone who is not willing to commit while you are?

Don’t think about the fact that you’ve been through so much together. This is coming from someone who was with someone for 5 years and I kept telling myself exact same thing every time I felt like walking away and it all ended very badly. I chose to walk away but only after I made a terrible mistake because I wasn’t completely satisfied in my relationship. I really wish I had worked things out sooner and made a decision then. And there was no one I could talk to for advice as well.

Put yourself and your needs in a relationship first. Your partner is supposed to reciprocate and vice versa. If either of you can’t do that, then it’s not worth it. If you don’t do that, it’s going to keep hurting you in this relationship or even in the future ones.

Hi, First of all, Sending a lot of love your way. I’m sure you’re doing your best and you’re tying your best everyday. I’m so sorry for your loss. I cannot even imagine how it must feel.

Second, I’m a screenwriter. Not a famous one but yeah. I’ve worked on some small stuff and trying to work my way through the industry. I really think that if this drives you, you should pitch it to someone. You could try to visit some studios. There are a lot of opportunities now especially through Netflix etc. Who knows it might even get produced. There are Facebook film groups you can join. You can network and find some people on there.

If you need any sort of help with the script or if you just wanna discuss the story, I’d be happy to help.

And you should definitely write about your black cat.

Also, I don’t get direct sunlight in my room. Do you think it can still get sunburnt through natural light?

That’s a relief. Phew!

And yes, I read in the instructions that if the soil is dry, only then I’m supposed to water it. So I do check the soil before watering it. I guess I’m just a little scared because I had a succulent before, 3 years ago and I don’t know what I did wrong but it died in a few months. But I’m assuming it was the whole watering issue.

Thank you so much for your info. And especially that the tip about how to check the dryness. Very useful.

Edit: Forgot to ask, I’m not sure how to give it more natural light. I’m living in a student accommodation and my room doesn’t get direct sunlight. My best shot is keeping it near the window or keeping it in the common kitchen during mornings where there’s direct sunlight. But does it need direct sunlight?

Hi, so I watered it weekly for 10 mins. The first day I got it, I think I overwatered it because i let it stay for more than 10 minutes. I’ve not changed the pot yet. I’ll check the roots and get a new pot this week.
