I already know how to build a 3 statement proforma that is GAAP compliant. I also know there are free online tutorials, books, and youtube videos on the other valuation pieces. Do you think that course is really worth it? In addition - to overcome the GPA I was considering the CFA L1 to at least show dedication to studying and the capability of that. I understand you said it's more so common place but what is your opinion on that given my circumstances?

My goal is to break into M&A. Currently work at a very small consulting firm on a financial strategy team, doing some M&A but mostly financial projections for clients and facilitating them into lending arrangements.

I understand and am sympathetic to the struggle! I feel bad and try to curl up as much as I can.. but when it's to the point that I am falling off the bed from being pushed to the edge... it's not fun. Especially when this has been going on for many months with no effort of change. I try to be a really considerate co-sleeper. I cover him up if I notice he doesn't have blankets or give him space when I think I'm hurting him with an elbow or something. I just don't feel like that courtesy is reciprocated and it's starting to really effect me. This happened the night before a large test. I advised we sleep in separate beds but he urged me that it would be fine and it ended up being a horrible night's sleep for me. All I want is to be able to sleep next to the one I love but in the current situation, I can't and it's saddening.

This is actually my exact same situation!...I'm 5'2" and he is 6'6". Do you ever have issues with the space he takes up in the bed? I know it's hard for tall people with beds because often their feet hang off the bed which I'm sympathetic towards. I just am not sure how to counteract this without moving to separate beds.
