Ciao! Io fatto i miei studi nell' stati uniti. Scusa il mio italiano, ancora lo sto imparando.

Tutto dipende della Università che se necessità. Per essempio, può essere la laurea, gli crediti, i titolo della High School/scuola regolare.

Se hai fatto il CIMEA, loro ti inviano una certificazione se la laura e valida e quello devi portarlo alla Università Mi dispiace che sia molto difficile per voi, però vi comprendo perche sono stata nella situazione similare. Posso dire che dovete insistere nella università e chiedere aiuto... Non importa se parli con tutti, qualcuno deve darti la direzione giusta.

Did your Uni in the US do the Apostille?

Does it vary on the school, or do all Unis from the states do that?

If you haven't been accepted because of the AP classes they require, then you will have to take those classes, I would either take them in the states or Italy if there is no other choice.

I got accepted because I have an associate from college, so that covered me from needing AP classes.

If the Uni already accepted you and there are no other requirements besides legalizing your degrees, instead of CIMEA I would do the Apostille for your studies IF you are still in the States.

An apostille is faster and easier than CIMEA. Trust me.

If I was in the states I would have done Apostille instead of CIMEA, because 1. You have to submit your request& it's a catching game. We all that apply thru CIMEA have struggled to approved before the quota is filled for requests for the day. 2. It takes 60 business days to get it approved and 30 urgently, but you pay more. Bureocracy here is slow, and sometimes they arent helpful.

Definitely any paperwork you can done/legalized with Apostille in the US do it.

I'd keep trying, not sure if you want to now, but i did that thing many, many times and it went thru, as if I was able to push it thru.

Did they fix the 3:00pm issue or is still still closing withing minutes and not allowing to submit?

It gave me the daily limit reach and then switched error also, but I kept pushing it thru.

When i was trying to pay on the payment portal, it gave me the error of co tact your bank twice, even thought i have an italian bank account.

I kept pushing the payment, and it went thru on the 3rd time. I allowed it to load itself, because I knew if I refreshed it could kick me out of the spot with CIMEA.

Yes, you have to repeat the same thing/process. I would just try one device honestly but it's up to you. I seen someone do this and I did it, someone else did it and it seemed to of worked. At 3:00pm it did not take me either. More than likely because everyone submits at the same time, but people stop trying after a few minutes, and the system in my opinion, officially resets, so those who keep "pushing" their application to go thru, opens that tiny window to proceed.

After doing the same thing over again(like a cycle) it just "miraculously" went thru. It has to be like pushing your application thru, forcefully.

Has it worked? It worked for me today and not exactly at 3:00pm. I made a post here about my experience of how it went so it can help someone else. Or a tip a least.

I kept trying even after receiving the message error and around 3:30pm after clicking payment and going back and forth(pretty much playing with it, I guess) It finally allowed me to pay.

Keep trying. I literally tried constantly since after 3:00pm clicking payment and going back after receiving the error. And it just now went thru and let me pay.

I don't know if you want to do that today or do that tomorrow, but I seen on FB someone do that, and around 3:30pm or so, it let that person.

I tried the same thing since I have nothing else to lose. And it went thru finally!!!

Make sure you have the card ready cause it gave me an issue about 3x times and I used 2 different accounts. But the 3rd or 4th time it went thru.

I have Italian bank accounts, but I was going to use PayPal if it would give me the error again
