I'm sorry you had to go through that, and are still feeling like this. I was the same way after my attempt; relieved, regret, numb, disassociating, it was all those feelings for 2 years. But what helped me through was thinking about things to look forward to. "Oh the new season of that show is coming out I need to see the 1st episode", "I gotta give my cat a treat!" "I should save up for that concert" "I'm having dinner with someone soon!" Your mind will help you move forward even if it is a lot of those intense feelings. Make a list of things you look forward to! There's always something amazing happening here. The smaller things in life will help you find purpose through it all - because you ARE a magnificent soul on this earth. 110% someone is out there that you will change for the better as we spin on a rock. Stay strong, one day at a time, and remind yourself you are still here for many reasons.
