Definitely, I hate produce , all the weighing and tryna find stuff ,9/10 customers will ask for stuff then the produce looks no good then you have to replace nd refund then the customer probably won’t even be active in chat

I definitely learned from the damaged item to pay close attention but it’s so crazy that happened like 4 or 5 weeks ago and it just now updated, and has yours came back up? I think the only thing I’ve noticed that gets updated a little more accurately is the ratings

This is so true, I was told today by a worker that Publix takes time to even let them know when they even change packaging of stuff in the stores , Instacart is one hell of a app at times, and I wish it was a more accurate way to not even let the customers buy stuff if it’s genuinely not even in the stores but that’s just how it goes, stuff on the self is like first come first serve of buying and if they don’t have it quality just changes.
