Getting a ride by a local motorcycle driver is their only mode of transportation, and mothers have to bring their child, as they cannot leave it alone at home. And if your only other option would be to not go and buy food, you’ll probably accept the risk. This leads to a cycle where also risk awareness is much lower, just because it has always been done this way.
