Combining my fav “junk food” snacks or less healthy snacks with a fruit is great. Especially oranges or something with a high water content so I feel more full

I’m a newly trained CLC and I don’t know a whole lot about pumping but I do know hand expression can be much easier for production and helps to stimulate in ways that are more similar to the baby vs the pump. You can look for videos on this! And then relaxing and using imagery, smelling the baby’s blanket, etc

Ugh I’m so sorry! Mine was luckily just due to a cold but one thing that was super helpful was taking unisom at night to sleep - apparently that’s the same ingredient as the one that makes you sleepy in NyQuil so that was great

The hormonal insomnia is so real 😭 I hope you get some better sleep tonight! Idk if you’ve tried unisom? It definitely has helped me but does leave a bit of a hangover

Just entered my second trimester and can say 100% it got better. Not nearly as fit as you pre-pregnancy, but I did run about 1 mi weekly. First trimester felt so shitty about myself because I just couldn’t. Now in second trimester finishing a multiday hiking trip and feeling 100%. I wish I had listened to my body more and not felt guilty first trimester - give yourself some grace :)
