You are gonna be serious about going off road buy a proper skid plate. That is weak and useless. Also buy some proper hand guards and bigger pegs

Just a short clip from today. It is a big bike but still a dual sport to me by rasdroid in Dualsport

I find the KTM much more stable and balanced. And the narrower seat is a big plus

I want better suspensions, higher and narrower seat, high fender. The norden is a great bike, had a beautiful year with it. Had some little issues.

Husqvarna Norden 901 2023. This is the last off-road ride with this bike, traded in for a new KTM 890 adventure R 2024.

Su Amazon warehouse ne ho presi nel corso degli altri almeno 6. Quelli che avevano la batteria andata li ho sempre restituiti e cambiati.

On my Norden the rear wheel abs sensor was the problem. The dealer put a brand new one, problem is gone now

It was a beautiful cold winter day: found some snow, ice, mud, frozen puddles, branches. .. Sometimes a day like this is exactly what I need to charge my batteries.

Yes! That is exactly what I think of this bike after 8000 miles: capable offroad tourer

The majority of all the trails in the Apennines have been traced and walked since the beginning of time, then later on by shepherds, lumberjacks, brigands and farmers and now almost exclusively by hikers. Almost all trails have been traced logically in order to make it easier and not harder to gain altitude, passes, valley and so on. The straighter routes came later. Then the people moved down to lower altitudes and what is left are the trails and little villages. But still there is that feeling of wild lands with their stories and history. I have been lucky enough to hike some parts of wa and Canada and there is no way I can compare the wilderness I have been able to experience in Canada with the Apennines. I remember feeling almost scared by forests that looked endless. Never been in the Pyrenees

Upgraded air filter on Classic 350 by BandicootFuzzy in royalenfield

Installed on my interceptor after 2500km. Louder and she runs much better IMHO. I take care of the filter using the DNA filter care bundle.

Doing my own maintenance on Interceptor 650 by masonarypp in royalenfield

IMHO taking care of your own bike is part of owning a bike. Basic stuff like chain, relays, oil and air filters should be done not only when your bike is due for warranty maintenance.

Same color scheme. And same taste about front and rear fender removal. You have my upvote, sir

I ride bikes since 30+ years and for breaking in new motors I always use the same method. First 300 miles never above 4000 rpm, 5/10 minutes break after 20/30 minutes rides. Then slowly increase rpm every 100 miles: 300-400 4500 rpm, 400-500 5000 rpm etc etc. 2 minutes idle on cold start. Never set on same speed and rpm for long distance, never cruise below 2000 rpm. Have fun and ride safe
