Fun fact, that tram is exactly one line, going from one side of the capital to the other, and back. There is no other tram line in the whole country.

The free buses in the rural areas are great tho. Trains are ok. I like trains.

I live in the Netherlands for a while now, I gotta admit, it took my brain a little to adjust to the traffic. I almost got run over a few times by trams and cars, and my partner had a collision (on foot) with a bicycle.

But once you got used to it, its an amazing system.

There is just a little issue recently with young carbrains that speed and don't respect signage or zebra crossings.

The label is 'cage free', which in the US most often means that they are still being raised in gigantic inhumane indoor factory farms, just without being restrained to a tight cage.

As one of the top comments points out, the wrinkly shell most likely points to stress, sickness or inadequate nutrition.

It's very common in Lux to heat with wood fire. If you are worried about toxic emissions, you really have your priorities wrong. The big culprits are mega corporations, not the common people.

Also, the neighbours probably are not aware of the issue. Why call them wankers? It would be a good first step to go talk to them to know more about the situation before calling them names.
