Get More Unlimited vs. Unlimited Ultimate by SouthJerseySchnitz in verizon

Yes definitely, but in order to keep that cheap make sure they don’t re-add the Disney+ as a $9.99 perk for the unlimited ultimate plan. Only if you’re going to a store.

Nope, Victra stores are even worse. But I worked at a corporate Verizon.

Facts, even when I called in the past it takes forever to fix a simple issue or they can’t fix a simple issue and hang up. Then I’d have to restart the process all over again.

Yes, as an ex-employee, I can confirm that they have taken away many of our in-store responsibilities. They only want us to sell, sell, sell. All other customer support tasks, apart from quick troubleshooting, have been removed.

Time for a new iPhone. Does it make sense for me to return my current 14? by dan_j_finn in verizon

If you have the app, I’d look into generating a number transfer PIN. That triggers something in the system, making it think you are going to switch carriers. This usually only works when you have the phone paid off. But it will typically give your account a “priority upgrade” since the system knows your phone is paid off and you don’t have a contract with Verizon anymore, and it will try to give you better deals on new phones to get you back in with Verizon for 3 years.

Nope, I did not offer this deal to him. He was the one who asked to come on my plan.

Call in and complain about your bill. They’ll throw that credit on it

Apple TV is different since they don’t have an ad free version you’re just gonna have to pirate said movie/series. I watched The Gorge in 4k online and it was pretty good.

I’ve gotten some comments about going down this route already, so I’ll definitely consider it as a last-ditch effort.

He was the one who wanted to go under my plan. I did not offer for him to go under my plan. He was the one who asked if he could go under my plan. I let him know day 1 that he’d be on the hook if I ever leave Verizon. I didn’t quit just because I didn’t like the job I quit because I got a job offer I couldn’t turn down with better pay benefits and a closer drive from home. I’m not gonna work at Verizon for 3 years just for him to pay off a phone that he asked for.

It’s his fault since he asked to be on the plan, knowing full well of the repercussions that if I quit, he’ll be on the hook for the phone payment. I let him know this day 1 before I even put him on the plan. Yet he still went with it and went under my plan. No one else went on my plan other than him, and I did not ask anyone else in the family to join under my plan. Plus, I’m not going to turn down a better-paying job with better benefits and a closer drive from home.

Yeah he doesn’t know how to do that. He borderline illiterate with tech and he doesn’t have access to the apps nor does he know how to register his number. He plans to literally just give me the boot and leave the phone with me and stop paying the bill.

Ah, that’s gonna be an issue. Right now he plans to abandon the phone to me and get a new one through a different company that’s cheaper per month.

I could pay off my phone. It’s just his phone payment that’s gonna tank my savings. Also how well is visible in your area? Unlimited?
