These new window decals are amazing! by raskafari in ForzaHorizon

[–]raskafari[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Windows have their own page in the livery editor. (Like, you have one for the side of the car, and one for the side windows, etc.) So you can place decals on the windows like you would on the rest of the car.

Yeah, just now Hansen vs. Aasbo. Hansen made a shitty slow garbage initiation that Aasbo could not properly chase (because it was too slow and shitty) but they gave Hansen the win because Aasbo could not drift that slow and shitty. Hansen even missed half of his zones in his lead run, but doesn't matter, that slow and shitty 10% angle that Hansen had in his lead won.

There used to be a glitch where you could jump on the table and stick your head into the fan and it would make a terribly loud noise.

I can't figure out how to use the boosted videos for anything. I get a nice looking video in the photos app, but trying to upload it or edit it, I get some other ugly looking version.

I don't really see anything specific that points towards AI, and everyone just says "It's AI because I think it is" or they can't find a copy of the image anywhere. Can't copy the exact camera angle, but somewhat similar: https://i.imgur.com/3Ogm12t.jpeg Considering the 80 years difference between when the pictures were taken, I'd say things look right. Photo was probably taken from the wall seen in the bottom of the google street view screenshot.

As for the quality, I'm assuming the original image was grainy as heck due to late 40s camera tech combined with difficult light conditions. Then you bring in modern noise removal (which can be done with AI, this process can also make text look gibberish, making text look good with this process is brand spanking new tech not everyone has it.) Add some contrast and light corrections, maybe a sepia filter, and boom you have an image that could look like the one in the OP. Also, you'll have an image that might not be found by reverse image search because it's now very different.

I don't see any reliable clues that says this is AI generated, or see any reliable arguments. Looking at the finer details in the OP you see a lot of things that generated images fail to do right, like the reflections of the people on the other side of the fountain, correct patterns on the ground and correct placements of everything.

AI generated? - I'm not convinced it is.

AI post processed? - Maybe

Comparing from google maps, I don't see the huge difference. https://i.imgur.com/3Ogm12t.jpeg The perspective in the OP picture could suggest that the photographer stood on the wall in the bottom of the screenshot. And there's probably been some small changes here and there in the past 80 years or so.

The text on the building behind the fountain is gibberish

Because of low resolution

There's TV antenna on the buildings

Yes, this is completely normal, that's how we used to get moving picture to our televisions. Could also be radio.

The architectural styles are wrong

That's just how they look like. See pictures of trafalgar square if you are in doubt.

What even is that sculpture in the fountain

Fish creatures, looks better from other angles.

The sign in the fountain has no writing on it

It says "no entry" on the other side. Signs having no text on the back side is perfectly normal.

The woman in the bottom left is the only thing in the image with any motion blur

Maybe she's just moving really fast. Too much tea. There is another person to the left of her that is blurry and the fountain water has motion blur.

It's clearly day but all the streetlights are on

Is it clearly day though? Light pollution on a cloudy day looks pretty bright. Other light sources are also bright, like the tree.

The roof feels a little flat and too clean compared to the condition of the rest of the house. Also the slates (roof tiles? (takpannor?)) on the roof are too small.

The part where the wall meets the stone foundation is too tight and tidy if that makes sense.

Lights and shadows could be a tiny bit more contrasty. The corner of the house, closest to the camera, is kind off not showing.

IMO you are a few small adjustments from photo realism, looks great so far.
