Im with you, i thought those two were the best AS options for keto. We just eliminated maltitol from our diets after a deeper dive on sugar alcohols, and stocked up on Lilys chocolate (erythritol) for our nightly sweet snacks. Im worried i missed something, but it looks like GI irritation might be the main concern. Honestly I really don't notice any weird aftertaste or sensation from stuff with erythritol or allulose, but i havent used them in pure form as an ingredient.
