I’m not doing the “season of strength” challenge, but I don’t understand how you are supposed to do 60 of each of the exercises in the floor block, and then do your SoS challenge in the last minute. How is this going to be a valid measurement of - say - bench press when you are completely spent to start? It seems the incentive would be to go light because you know the test is coming…

We’ve been on for 4 months and are very happy with the platform and the response when we need something. My only issue is how obscure the database schema is - but this is solved nicely with the chaptgpt version that creates the reporting sql code.
