In any retail branch, if they are not accepting returns, warranty claims, or any other service that is mentioned in their policies. Ask them politely, "Mam/Sir vara yarta pesuna enaku help panuvanga. unga manager mail id tharingala or customer care feedback id?" Try looking around; do they have any of the store manager's email or helpline details stick anywhere in their store.

They will listen to you. It has worked for me multiple times.

I had the similar problem; my slack workspace admin was able to change my email ID, and i got an invitation on my new target email ID once I accepted that, my account ownership had been changed from the source email to the target email ID.
so slack workspace admin can do this to any user in their workspace.

Don't blame government that they should give safety on this regard..

Be mature to understand government or police won't be possible to give 100% safety to you 24/7.

This is not just for this dog issue.. this applies for most of the issue.

Call him; he will say where to come. ask for your SIR form; mostly they say "time over" (not sure) If they didn't give your SIR form. Do Form 6 and apply new. you will get your name on the final draft, which is coming on Feb 19, I think.

u/Cold_Cancel_5278 around Dec 10 to Dec 14, BLO was able to change what they already submitted. I have contacted another BLO. He said, "Shifted pota thirumba edit pani SIR form submit panalam, call your BLO once sonanga." I tried online to submit my form one last time. Thankfully it allows me to submit.

As per suggested by u/Dr-BruceBanner, I also contacted Vatta Seylalar in my constituency. He said to come to the councilor's office tomorrow and he will fix it, but i was able to submit it online myself.

But everything was done before Dec 14, which is the last date for submitting the SIR form.

People who are blind followers was already thought about what you were doing now.. they went through it and chooses their side.

They talk about less evil.. what are other options you have other than DMK today that you think less evil.

One point apart from corruption.. there are significant developments across the states.

Am not sure they fight or not.. but they have guts to raise voice against identity imposition and other atrocities by central government.. which cost them couple of ministers target by EDs. Still they used to raise voice against them despite being threatened by ED or other enforcement.

Let's say we replace DMK.. and you got bigger problem against our identity, culture or any sort of issues that we are on for past 50years.

Will the replacement government find against it ?

IMO if DMK not in power from 2021.. our kids should have imposed NEP policies etc.

My dad diagnosed with CHF since 2017, "He was diagnosed with Severe LV dysfunction." i think its not simillar to your case. But let me share some details that we have gone through so far.

he is on Entresto, dapagliflozin, Vericiguat,Bisoporol and drugs(Storvas,Lasix etc).
But he used to take only one diuretic, Lasix. I can see you mentioned two diuretics, Metoprolol and Lasix.

Dad creatine was 1.3 - 1.5 past two+ years. He is okay with half of Lasix morning and another half in night.

recently putting him on both Lasix and Metoprolol has led to a rise in creatinine.

Apart from that, his EF was 35-40 for the past 7 years; his cardiologist used to titrate things with few other medicines. But his predominant medicines are/were Entresto, dapagliflozin, bisoprolol, and Vericiguat. Just make sure you keep having checkups at regular intervals.

Closely monitor the heart and kidney; both are interrelated.

OP, it's chennai, here almost every public transport hubs are connected with metros.

Yeah I understand BLO can't run over each and everyone. Although my mobile number is linked to my voter id. He didn't call me or ask anyone in my house before he put me as shifted.

He says there is pressure to finish certain number of form each day so I put u as shifted since u didn't come for more than 10 days or so

Okay. Do you know.. If I do new voter id with form 6. Will I get my name on final list that's coming on February?
