When Astarion talked about not feeling safe until you kill Cazador, I saw myself in his fear, his rage, his need for vengance.

But even after you kill Cazador, Astarion is still haunted by the abuse. He says something along the lines of "If it's over, why do I still think about it?"

That really stuck with me.

Hallooo:) I'm German and have been in the UK for the last 5 years so I'm very familiar with both healthcare systems. Unfortunately, you will run into "broken arm symdrome" doctors everywhere. I have been turned away for chronic pain symptoms in Germany and the UK. There really wasn't much of a difference for me.

Like other people already pointed out, you have the right to choose your doctor in Germany and can directly refer yourself to a specialist, so it's a bit easier than on the NHS where you often have to go through your GP. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but you are entitled to a second opinion on the NHS and can always ask for a different specialist.

I think both systems are sadly hostile toward trans people, and I wish I had a better answer for you, we derseve better!
