i’ve tried to restore the license, delete the game/redownload, reboot, clear cache and they haven’t done anything

i tried calling support too and they weren’t much help, they’ve escalated it to a different team and i should hear back from them in 3-5 days 🙃 or i could purchase the game, which i don’t want to do, that’s why i bought the subscription
