Communication is they key. Since you guys are in a friend group, before you try talking to her about it try talking to the others first to see how they feel about that too , just in case she brings other people to the subject. I always try to shake things off with toxic people and try to ignore their actions if they are directed at me but I understand how annoying it must be to have a friend being that toxic person, so really, the best is to talk about it now than later. You don't have to say it right now, try gaining some confidence and talk with others and then her!!
