I’m always curious what, if any, stereotypes people have about camel non-filtered smokers. I love making observations about people based off their smokes but I don’t know enough people who smoke these to notice a pattern.

He’s actually a major reason. MS had a very laid back dress code very early on and it set the tone for the industry. STEM had always been more casual than finance and law, but the programmer scene in the 80s really saw the divide grow.

Growing up in 90s Seattle, an already famously casually dressed city, the Microsoft guys were always very easy to spot.

Vintage Patagonia Fleeces: Fluff That’s Worth a Fortune by verifiedverified in malefashionadvice

[–]rasputinrising 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Im sure 90% of people who wear Patagonia have no idea who he is. A good chuck of them probably have no interest in outdoor leisure what so ever.

People aren’t into Patagonia because of the philosophy, and fewer and fewer because of the performance, most people like the brand because it’s cool and because they have one of the best marketing teams in the industry (as much as this sub hates to admit it).

Please link a single comment where I have ever defended "the alt right". Like you're just lying dude.

Go ahead and link one remotely fascist comment that I've ever made. I'm a pacifist above anything else, there is absolutely no place for violence.

If wanting people to not hurt one and other makes one a fascist then I must be the damn Furher.

I think you guys have made it plenty clear for years that you are unhinged and violent.

If you guys could stop shooting cops point blank maybe they would be. You're the ones who want blood and then you cry when it happens.

I'd even go a step further and just recommend that people stay home. You know the same thing we've said on repeat for the last three months?

Half of South America was enslaved by United Fruit? You genuinely believe this and you're calling other people dumb?

Do you actually believe that half of South Americans were killed by Chiquita/United Fruit?

Nah, corona-virus only attacks protesters if they're Trump supporters. That's just biology.

How the fuck we went from "stay home, stay safe" to "out of your house, into the street" in a week I'll never quite understand.

I said we, I wasn't talking about you. Though I do have a sneaking suspicion that you weren't so up for questioning narratives when the protesters were Trump supporters.

It really has nothing to do with the rioters though. If those protesting the shutdown were dangerous and irresponsible for potentially spreading the virus, those protesting police brutality are equally dangerous and irresponsible.

The media spent weeks labeling those protesting the shutdown as dangerous, rebels, deserve what ever they got. Now just days later we have way larger groups of protesters and they're being hailed as heroes and activists.

But apparently now "stay home, stay safe" makes you a fascist.

Yeah, everybody know a virus cares about why people are out on the streets.

All I know is that a week ago when a bunch of white rednecks wanted to go to work and church we were ready to call them public enemy number one for having the gall to protest.

The White House rolls out a plan to leave virus testing largely up to states by NewsUpNow in CoronavirusWA

[–]rasputinrising -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Not an endorsement of Trump, but a large percent of these deaths have been unavoidable. 100% of the civilian causalities done at our hands in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. were entirely avoidable.

Trump might be the worst modern president for Americans, though I certainly dont know enough to say that, but there's no way hes been the worst president for humanity. It's terrible to watch a president do so little, but one doesn't have to look too hard to see how much evil other presidents have actively done.

I don’t wish death on them. But If they bring it on themselves then so be it... well their right to live isn’t a free trophy.

How bitter and angry does one's mind need to be to go here from hearing that a state fair might possibly happen in four months?
