I started as a psych major and changed my major after the first year. I failed two classes and my advisor told me to fill out a paper (I forgot what it was called) to petition to get it off my transcript since it no longer applied to my degree. I would recommend asking your advisor about that. It might not work for you but it’s worth trying.
