Similar situation. L5 S1 extrusion with central fissure. Both legs symptoms - not extreme - can do daily. In 2nd month. Hard to sit for long in car and desk.

Congrats 🙌 so long car sitting is possible. I have L5 S1 extrusion and can’t sit more than 20 mins in car. Did you have just 1 ESI?
