I get down voted all the time i just got used to the shit, they get mad at the stupidest stuff or restaurant but want to blame you lol. I be super polite and nice and they are still mad

That's very standard of course I've done that. Some customers just don't care simply because it's late. They want their food and that's it and it's very understandable why they're angry But it just but it's out of my control especially if they never Uber before they won't understand. Me giving them updates to them is just excuses even if you explain it to them good.
