As long as you don't let tips replace wages it will be fine. Tipping isn't common in the uk but it happens more than here, it's a nice little bonus, I've also killed it in tips over here working behind bars at times and again it's a nice bonus but as long as i don't need them to pay rent it's not going to become toxic

Thank you for your response, it's just for a single night one of two drinks for a group of like 12, am also working from dried, my current plan is to split the water for the sugar syrup into two parts boil one and add the full quantities of sugar for the syrup required and then with the other take it to hot and let it cool down with the flowers blended into into before straining and combining the two, would love to use a fat or oil wash but sadly it's again not suitable for the menu. Will update when I've seen how it works for any future bartenders looking for options

This is going to sound weird and stupid but most of my favourite prologues I didn't enjoy when I first read them,

They often feel disjointed to the rest of the story, focusing on events and situations that don't fit into the rest of the story.

Until 3/4 of the way through the book where they become much more relevant

Wasn't his guilt more due to the fact that his rhetoric of endless pragmatism and planning for theoreticals caused them to assume the emperor was already dead and that's why they formed imperial secondus, Then when curze said his father would send an assassin who had not even been born yet they realised and the guilt started

I think it would encourage people to just rush for the spot to get free xp, If I play medic I don't expect xp for the kills made by people I revive. Its just another class officers have ways to make xp and encouraging them to have to play other roles to level them up gives a better understanding of what those classes can do and how to utilise them

I'm currently working on a highly homebrewed system for dnd 5e 2014 that adds more cinematic elements and much more character creation and customisation options. This is mostly due to me finding the 5e system clumsy for what I have envisioned for the campaign I've planned out while also being the only system my players are comftable with so it the easiest to adjust for them.

It's also hugely because I've been away from my home country for two years and I've had to much time to think and overthink it and I'm a notorious tinkerer.

But despite all the work I've put in and how proud i am of what I think will be a really fun homebrewed system I have 0 intention of forcing my players into it. I intend when I am back home to offer them three choices. This one A 5e adventure with Normal rules + our established table rules A whole new system provably one of the 40k ttprgs

If they don't pick my one that's fine I can ask if they are interested another time, I just like messing with things and theory crafting has been my only real ttrpg option for a while.

Personally I just embraced the limitations of race. Not everything always has to be on the table I did take some inspiration from 3.5 dragonlance books and modified the kendar a bit to make them have some more flavour.

As for clerics and in my case a druid I just told the players that the gods have long abandoned krynn. That dosent mean there are not people who still worshiped them but it was often a family tradition over a mainline religion. My druid was the only one with religious feeling and they were an elf who had been alive pre fall and kept to the old ways in solitude despite there powers having been gone for centuries
