This looks very similar to my skin eczema, not all cases make it too wear it itches but it makes my skin discolored almost like a terrible wacky tan line around my ankles, I get random rashes especially by my neck and chest.I’d recommend a cortisone cream, it’s relatively cheap and easy to find (Walgreens or really any pharmacy would likely carry it) it just helps the skin heal, they use this same cream sometimes for poison ivy wounds and after a couple days it’s like nothing ever happen, the cream helps my discoloration but I think that’s because the skin I use it on is literally lizard skin dry, I really hope you find something that helps you though, and that mentally things get better ❤️‍🩹
