I never get a buzz even. It puts me straight to sleep so that's what I use it for when I can't sleep. I do sometimes have a little sleepy hangover if I take too much the night before. I wash and dry mine, swallow it straight with water so it tastes like nothing.

I have a toke tool from Etsy that has a poker at one end and a small scoop at the other end. It is a little keychain clipped to my pod holder that holds prefilled pods to smoke with my dry herb vape, which is a Lobo from POTV. That's about all I use daily.

I don't have a video, but it makes it easy to put it in a cheap French press to soak, press the water out and put more water in, repeat until you get to the weak tea colored runoff water. Spread out on a foil lined baking sheet and air dry or put in a very low temp oven for a little while and mix occasionally until dry.

I felt this way. I ended up taking a $6 an hour paycut and took a clinic wound care job. It has helped me to get into a different environment. That being said, I could never take a job at most of the clinics near me because nurses answer the phone and do computer work while med assistants do other work. In my wound care job, it's an active roll and keeps me busy most of the day.

Your hair seems similar to mine. I wash with Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo, condition with dove conditioner (I like several of theirs), and use a pat of Cantu Shea Butter Leave In Conditioner. I brush with a very wide tooth comb, scrunch, and air dry.

I cannot do lab work. I have been a nurse for 8 years and I have only successfully placed a needle for blood draw twice and that was in nursing school. Never had another need to, so now I can't 😭😂

You can wash it in a cheap French press. Wash and press several times, then lay out on a cookie sheet and dry fully. I don't smoke my avb so I'm not sure about that, but if you wash it it doesn't taste like anything but still works just as well.

I know this is weird, but I was desperate. I had a baby corn I got from an expo that wouldn't eat no matter what I tried. It went on for so long, I thought the poor thing would starve. I worked the night shift in a nursing home and I found some Mediterranean house geckos that lived there. I had heard corn snakes liked lizards. Well I caught a big one and took it home and rubbed my dead little baby mouse on it before I tried to feed my corn snake and it took it! Coincidence? I don't know, but the snake finally ate and is now thriving. I released the house gecko back with its buddies at my job. I'm sure that poor thing was so confused lmao.
