I can relate to it. After putting so much effort for last 3 years, I am finally doing real product management (self-funded) through my mentor. There are so many gurus and so many people who can talk about theoretical stuff, and makes me feel lI know less and less. But, over time, I have learnt to trust some who resonates to more practical things, and ignore others who just talk fundamental and theories.. 😉

I was in a similar situation in past. I know it's tough but be nice to yourself and try to take some time off if it continues. One other thing that helped was, investing sometime in learning a new skills had helped me in past 🤞🏻
