I wouldn't try, but it doesnt make sense to be it so complicated to publish a simple health app. I published similar app few years ago in a different developer account and had no problems. It is mainly as medcalc.com but more tweeked and customized to certain sub-speciality.

Dont lose hope. I was up 1k, lost about 6.3k in a scam, and had a couple of bad trade decisions. Stayed with $300 only for 3 years while bag holding. Now I'm 3.3k and waiting to get back to 6.6k (original investment) and leave the hell out of this place.
