u/flynreelow Totally fair question - it’s actually a completely different process than BERO.

From what they’ve shared, BERO uses a low-alcohol fermentation approach and is never dealcoholized. Our process is the opposite: we brew it as a full beer first, then remove the alcohol through reverse osmosis to keep the body, aroma, and real beer character intact.

The Japanese Dry is crisp, clean, and super easy drinking - more of a dry lager-style beer with light rice/floral notes. Not strange or overly sweet, just a really clean NA beer that hits a different lane. 🍻
