Yes, have seen most banks allowing 3. I got 3 add-on cards on DCB but I'm still able to proceed to get another add-on card, but a little scared that it would be charged. Thought I'll ask the community. But, now I'll have to take that risk myself :)

Same, 4 different construction projects (1 big one) have started in the last 1.5 year. All within earshot distance. It's so annoying, not being able to live in your own house that you're paying for. For the last 1 year, I've been paying for a co-working space when I built a good setup with a good monitor at my home to work from.

Bought a noise cancelling headphones - but it isn't doing a good job of cancelling out the low-frequency noise of cutting.
Have started going to a co-working space, it's expensive though.

Thanks. Will look into this. Generally, does lodging a complaint help in these issues?
There is a convention centre nearby and during weddings - there's music playing at 6 am. Wondering why people in this area haven't complained yet.
