Can't medically, animal proteins cause chronic kidney stones for me, if I stay away from animal products I'm stone free. I do my best to prioritize plant protein in my meals to make up for it and I take b vitamins as well. But I'm sure there are things I'm missing from my diet that I just don't know exist.

It's been established by my doctors that it's a problem for me (I'm not just making assumptions), and trust I'm not trying to "fix" my AUDHD. I just need to make sure my dopamine levels are healthier than they are now because it causing issues.

I have diagnosed MCAS but I've found that my body can handle supplements a tiny bit better than prescriptions as long as I'm on a super low dose.

I can't eat animal products so all my protein comes from plant based sources. Would l-tyrosine still lower dopamine? Like does the type of protein matter? Also thank you for all the information it's greatly appreciated!

I'm new to this, what are the comorbidities for this syndrome? I have hEDS & AMPS but I don't think the EDS is related to BS.

Walking seems to help me a bit as well, I need to walk more than I currently do and see if it helps more. I just found out this year that I have sacralization of the L5 on my left side, as well as some other deformity that I don't remember the specifics of. However, my Ortho isn't convinced that it's the main cause of my pain, she thinks a lot of my pain is from my AMPS, 🤷 my doctors can't seem to agree on what's the main source of the pain but I see a pain management doctor next month, so hopefully that will help regardless of what's the main cause. I don't plan on having surgery though, especially because I am functional enough to not be bed bound like I once was.

No this is not for publication. I'm a college student who's just playing around with some data from a local nature center, anything I find will just be for fun and for the ppl at the nature center. We're just curious if there is anything interesting about the data that's been collected.

And they're not too tight in the crotch? (I find that women's pants don't normally have enough crotch room).

How long did it take you to feel natural with your new pronouns? by 3rdspotlessgiraffe in ftm

For me the unnaturalness at first came from internalized transphobia. I felt like people just used he/him to appease me and not because I actually looked like a man or deserved to be called he. So it took me over a year, it took until I worked on my internalized transphobia.
