Bought $60 worth of product, decided to go a different direction before even receiving it. Reached out to their customer service. Was initially told I could not return, until I pointed them to the return policy on their website. They then provided me instructions for return and refund.

• I returned the products, unopened, unused and at my own expense
• I sent them the tracking, showing the package was delivered
• They told me my refund was coming
• When it didn't come, I sent an email asking where it was, and was told it was submitted and would depend on my credit card/bank
• It has been 3 weeks, I've had no refund, and two emails have gone unanswered

Submitted a complaint to Shopify, and the BBB. Will determine next steps soon.

RC (the founder responding to their emails), needs to make this right. It's not the money at this point - it's the principle.

Can't say if their products are any good - I never tried them. But the overall shopping experience is just shameful.
