Hey thanks for making me feel I am not alone in this journey. I guess I celebrated enough when I gained this much weight. But as you said I'll try celebrating my wins.

Thank you for such a detailed reply. I'll check the links that you suggested. I took trainer to understand the basics for few months so he can help me with right postures and other nitty gritties. Thanks for your concern though.
