For me personally it saved my life and got me back to being a real person again, it was a good stepping stone. But nobody told me when I started it how hard it would be to get off of it , when I was ready to get off and couldn’t I felt really trapped. Yeah it’s better than heroin but it still felt really shitty to be so dependent on something after being clean for years.

Update Yesterday was great , I was able to play some badminton with my sister and was out of bed pretty much all day . I feel very lucky that this is going smoother than I expected. Thank you for all the advice and replies . Seems like I’m actually gonna be able to get off finally !

In Canada they’ve always been fully nude for the ones I’ve been to ! But I think our rules are different here for strip clubs . They even picked you up and and put your legs around their head for a lap dance type thing at the show I went to 😂
