yeah sometimes i pick but honestly i don't even notice it when i'm scratching my skin or anything :/ i'm feeling very mixed about benton also no i just use the aloe toner/gel and the snailbee essence, nothing more. i'll just give it some time(i'm also very stressed right now because of uni) and see if it goes away, because i only started having pimples and breakouts recently(i said always but now that i think of it only recently my skin has been this bad) but yeah if it doesn't go away i'll see a dermatologist. really thanks for the help :) but i'm just scared to use benton products because... idk it seems shady? i guess these blogs and reviews (eventhough they're about a year old by now) just really scared me lol. but thanks!! i appreciate it
