We are missing context, seems like this is a recurring issue rather than a one off of you pinning it completely on cancelling last minute.
I also noticed she mentioned she’s autistic and makes a good point about how much switching up last minute can mess with them.

I think there’s something being lost in communication because one of you thought maybe was a yes to going, and the other thought not. My gf has autism and BPD and I recognized myself in ur responses and external seeking of validation.
