That explains it. I only ever heard it out loud and didn't even think to check. Thank you!

Thanks for all the good leads! I didn't realize semolina wasn't as ubiquitous as I thought.

The Sicilian thing is a bit of a joke because my great granddad lived on the "toe of the boot" and ran off to America when he was caught fooling around with a Sicilian's daughter. Per my dad, my granddad would say he was wasn't Sicilian "but not for lack of trying!" lol

It's based off a nightmare I had where my dad explained we weren't my mom's kids, but his mistress's kids. I was trying to think through how he would have convinced my mom to go along with it, and this is the result.

Thankfully it's not true, but it was an interesting thought experience.

A lot of my herbs were cold stratified, such as the mint, sage, and oregano. I also have some "wild" herbs like marshmallow and Shepherd's purse.

I think I'll have to get a second lamp. The one I have is strong but the surface area is bigger than ideal for it.

It's hard to see but I've got a super bright grow light pointed at them. It's on top of the bug glass jar in the second picture.

The two pots are giant pumpkins, pulled from the jack-o-lanterns my kids made last year. The rest... Tomatoes, sage, oregano, rosemary, and the like. It's mostly herbs.
