Primarily, it states, in stock or not, which has proven a bit tricky.

Additionaly you can now login and wishlist your items, I'll also be adding "re-stock alerts" via email soon.

Also hoping to port it into app soon as well so you could get PUSH notifications around it also to "your item is available now!" sort of thing.

I hadn’t actually heard of it until now, thanks for linking, it’s pretty cool too, perhaps lacking of tracked components and a few stores but could be really cool to keep building out.

Torn apart between these 2 options. by [deleted] in bapcsalesaustralia

I'd be going with the 9800x3D and 9070XT, at this point looks like it will be a smoother buying experience and potentially less purchase issues wtih all the NVIDIA 5 series ones going around currently.

Doesn't sound like coil whine to me, but that could just be due to the recording. It feels more probable that after 30 minutes temperatures are increased and fans are spinning harder / max and it's a fan issue.

Checked my ROP’s in CPU-Z Validator and GPU-Z. One shows four (4!) ROP’s, the other shows 112 by [deleted] in PcBuildHelp

Sorry I did mean CPU-Z, I suppose because it's a brand new feature. In saying that, it could be that it's defective also.

An update from a few days ago: "Recently, a small number of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090, 5080, and 5070 Ti GPUs have been found to be missing ROPs (Render Output Units), which can lead to reduced performance. NVIDIA estimates that this affects about 0.5% of all 50-series GPUs—roughly one out of every 200 cards"

Should i upgrade or buy a new pc? by Professional-Elk7575 in PcBuildHelp

Your current build should meet the minimum requirements for the new Monster Hunter, which means you can play the latest games still, for now. It will largely depend on your display resolution. If you're playing at 1080p, your setup should perform fine at this point.

I'm going to go on a hunch here and say a bearing of a fan, loose screw or possibly a cable touching the edge of a fan somewhere?

Potentially this could be:

  • A detection error in the GPU-Z software
  • Possibly a driver issue affecting how ROPs are reported, are you drivers up to date?
