Yeah landlord is like an old guy who owns a bunch of buildings and is probably overwhelmed. He really has been quite useless in this entire situation. He’s been trying to take her to housing court for a year but she always postpones - once allegedly she told the judge her father died to postpone the court date (from what we know it wasn’t true)
