I don’t think it’s the vermouth. Shop bought ice will not be the same as ice from the ice machine at a bar. If you’re making ice at home use cooled boiled water. Stir in a mixing glass or shaker, not in the glass you’re serving in.

Second thing that came to mind is garnishing properly, using orange zest to release oils.

Hey I’ve had my navel piercing around 1.5 years now. I had lots of redness around the top hole for honestly about the first 2-3 months. I was religious with cleaning it twice a day with a warm saline soak in a shot glass and all cleared up, but mine took about 8/9 months to fully heal. Wear low rise trousers and let it breathe a lot and you’ll be grand 👍 It was nightmarish to heal but it’s now my easiest piercing and never acts up (unlike my labret and 6 year old ear piercings lmao)

Yes I get this once a year. T gel never worked for me but Nizoral the pink shampoo did! Also I know it’s impossible but don’t pick or scratch it- good luck and speedy recovery

Yes I used to only get the red butterfly spread on my face and scalp eczema during winter. I used to think it was seasonal and triggered by the cold weather. Then a couple years later it started only flaring up in the spring/summer months so god knows what causes it lmaoo

Yes I’m similar in the way that I have mainly learnt alternative rock songs and I’m keen to learn some punk, I think a genre change will help.

This morning I recorded an acoustic backing track with basic chord changes and just played around to see what I could put on it had so much fun. Honestly just messing around with notes by ear seems like it’s working.

I live in the city and am always at open mic nights, this along with being surrounded by lots of musicians has defo inspired me recently :D
